Agents used 12 different applications to service policies, leading to frustrated customers and missed cross-sell opportunities.
We implemented Financial Services Cloud as the foundation, creating a unified Agent Desktop that consolidated all customer data, policies, claims, and interactions into a single view. Custom Lightning components were developed for quote generation, policy management, and claims tracking.
